The story behind our Original Nürnberger Röstla® began in 2013, when Martin Hilleprandt and his daughter Sofia embarked on an important project. Their goal was to give the Nürnberger Sausage a quality mark.
After an extensive conversation and a few “Röstla,” it was decided that we wanted to create a cuvée together. So Michael tapped the base wines directly from the tank at the winery and returned to the Stern armed with a graduated cylinder and pipette.
